Jonathan Schwarz shortlisted for Tax Junior of the Year at the Chambers & Partners UK Bar Awards 2021

We are delighted to announce that Jonathan Schwarz has been shortlisted for Tax Junior of the Year at the Chambers & Partners UK Bar Awards 2021.
Jonathan’s particular areas of expertise include international tax, cross-border tax disputes, double tax relief, tax treaties, EU tax law, transfer pricing and permanent establishments. Recent cases include Fowler v HMRC [2020] UKSC 22, a case concerning the interpretation of the UK-South Africa tax treaty.
As well as being a member of the UK Bar, Jonathan is also an Advocate in South Africa, Barrister & Solicitor in Alberta, Canada and Barrister in the Republic of Ireland.
Jonathan is also highly regarded as an author of leading texts and academic world as a Visiting Professor and Programme Director of the International Tax Law LLM at King’s College London
